Lead times

Pieces in stock are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Pieces that are not in stock are made by hand to order: please allow 2 to 4 weeks before shipping. The estimated date is shown on each creation's page.

The exact amount is shown before payment. Prices are in euros, VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code (CGI).

Tracking and receipt

A confirmation email with tracking is sent to you at dispatch. If a parcel is damaged or missing, please contact us as soon as possible via the Contact page.

Customs duties

For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties and local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. To exercise it, contact us via the Contact page, stating your order number and the piece concerned.

Return conditions

  • The item must be returned to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after your notification, unworn, unused and in its original packaging.
  • Return costs are at your expense.
  • You are only liable for any loss in value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.

Refund

We refund the full amount paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notification. We may defer the refund until we receive the item or proof of its dispatch. The refund is made using the same payment method as the order.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

Legal warranties

Independently of the right of withdrawal, our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). As each piece is hand-crocheted, slight variations in size or shade are normal and do not constitute a defect.
