Terms and conditions of sale

Last updated: 28 October 2026

1. Seller

These terms and conditions of sale govern sales made on mirabellecrochet.com by Fruzsina Ivett CHEMLAL-VINNAI, sole proprietor trading as “Mirabelle” (SIRET 943 032 235 00013 — 1 Allée Lise Meitner, 91120 Palaiseau, France — saadchemlal@gmail.com), hereinafter “the Seller”. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

The products are handmade crocheted bags and accessories. As each piece is unique and handmade, slight variations in size, shade or finish compared with the photographs are normal and are not a defect. Photographs are not strictly contractual.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code), excluding shipping, which is shown before the order is confirmed. The Seller may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed at the time of the order.

4. Orders

Orders are placed online. After confirmation and payment, the customer receives a confirmation e-mail. The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of an existing dispute, a payment problem or product unavailability; the customer is then informed and refunded.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of the order, using the payment methods offered at checkout (bank card, digital wallets such as Apple Pay, depending on availability). Payments are processed securely by Shopify; the Seller does not have access to full card details.

6. Delivery

Items in stock ship within 2 to 7 business days. Made-to-order items ship within 2 to 4 weeks. Delivery methods, zones and rates are detailed on the Shipping & returns page. Delivery times are indicative. In case of a delay of more than 30 days, the customer may terminate the contract under articles L.216-2 and L.216-3 of the French Consumer Code. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer on delivery of the parcel. The customer must check the parcel on receipt and report any anomaly as soon as possible.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumer customers have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason (articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), by writing to saadchemlal@gmail.com. The item must be returned without undue delay, no later than 14 days after notification, unworn, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the notification, using the same payment method, and may be deferred until the item is received or proof of shipment is provided. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Model form: “To Mirabelle, saadchemlal@gmail.com. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for order no. … placed on … and received on …. Name, address, date, signature.”

8. Legal guarantees

The Seller is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, two years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). To claim under them, contact us at saadchemlal@gmail.com with your order number and photographs.

9. Liability

The products are intended for normal use. The Seller cannot be held liable for misuse or indirect damage. Products containing small parts are not suitable for children under 3 without supervision.

10. Intellectual property

The designs, photographs, texts and logos on the site are protected. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

11. Personal data

See our Privacy Policy.

12. Mediation and disputes

In the event of a dispute, the customer will first contact the Seller at saadchemlal@gmail.com. Failing an amicable solution, the consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge (details provided on request; European platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). These terms are governed by French law; failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts are those determined by law.

13. Changes to the terms

The Seller may change these terms at any time; the terms that apply are those in force on the date of the order.
