The most graphic piece of the house. A bold royal blue, sharply cut by an off-white wave-tooth border — two yarns, two colours, a deliberate contrast that recalls nautical stripes without quoting them.

The body is worked in a very regular tight stitch; the border and handle pick up the white, set on gold-tone brass ends. Removable gold chain, and the bag is crocheted directly onto its oval leather base in blue matching the yarn.

It is the collection's summer bag par excellence: it lights up a white linen outfit, raw denim, a plain dress. Reserve it for bright days — it does not seek discretion.
